Our black PolyDac fitness ropes are a great all-around rope, ideal for use both inside and outdoor use. Each rope is individually handcrafted here in the USA and made to order. Each fitness rope is made with heavy duty handles on each end, our 1" and 1-1/2" diameter handles are also stitched directly to the rope to ensure that they don't come off during use. Our 2" diameter ropes use a thick walled vinyl with extra adhesive to prevent them from slipping off. Each rope also features a full 2 feet of black, heavy duty nylon fabric that is stitched to the rope in the center. This center friction guard does exactly that, protects the center from fraying.
